Cheesy Crunchy Chicken Dippers
  • 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil spray (or 2 tbsp olive oil)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; one with the beaten eggs; and one with the panko mixed with grated cheddar.
  • Coat each chicken strip in the seasoned flour, dip in the egg, then press firmly into the cheesy panko mixture.
  • Place on the baking sheet. Lightly spray with oil.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the chicken is cooked through (internal temp 75°C/165°F).
  • Serve hot with your favorite dip—ranch, BBQ, or sweet chili!
